Principals Norb Cooper and Will Kingery started in 2010 with their first concept -- Willows Bistro. Kingery was in the kitchen and immediately tagged Best Chef in the Triad for his innovative menu, quality ingredients, memorable presentation and attention to detail. Two years later with the Willow's experience under their belts, Cooper and Kingery opened their second concept -- Kings Crab Shack and Oyster Bar on Restaurant Row in downtown Winston-Salem just blocks from Willow's. Opportunities soon knocked again with Silo Bistro & Bar in Reynolda Village where they create amazing food for the local community.
